Meet Linda Kondilis, PhD
After a decade as a reproductive health psychologist, I found myself sitting across from Liz, a successful executive who suddenly couldn’t recognize her own emotional responses. “ I’m not myself anymore,” she confided. “My doctor handed me a pamphlet about perimenopause and told me to exercise more and eat better. But how do I do that when I can’t sleep, my mood is unpredictable, and I feel completely overwhelmed?”
That conversation crystallized what I’d been witnessing for years: clinical diagnoses without the psychological support to implement the necessary changes.

After a decade as a reproductive health psychologist, I found myself sitting across from Liz, a successful executive who suddenly couldn't recognize her own emotional responses. "I'm not myself anymore," she confided. "My doctor handed me a pamphlet about perimenopause and told me to exercise more and eat better. But how do I do that when I can't sleep, my mood is unpredictable, and I feel completely overwhelmed?"
That conversation crystallized what I'd been witnessing for years: clinical diagnoses without the psychological support to implement the necessary changes.
My journey to reproductive health psychology began prior to my doctoral training, when I discovered the profound gap between medical treatment and psychological support for people navigating reproductive health challenges. While medicine offers incredible knowledge and interventions, it rarely addresses the complex reality of implementing lifestyle changes during a time of significant physical and emotional upheaval.
Drawing from my clinical practice, I've developed a comprehensive approach that acknowledges the unique challenges of perimenopause. I've guided hundreds of women through evidence-based strategies for mood management, sleep improvement, and sustainable lifestyle modifications—always meeting them exactly where they are.
What drives me is witnessing the transformation when women and non-binary people receive proper support: the relief in their eyes when they understand their experience isn't a personal failing, the confidence they gain as they implement sustainable changes, and the empowerment they feel reclaiming control of their wellbeing.
My coaching program represents the culmination of my specialized training and years of clinical experience. It bridges the gap between medical advice and real-life implementation and offers the practical, psychological support they deserve during this significant transition.
What is the Difference Between Therapy and Coaching?
Therapy at OramaWellness.com
As a licensed psychologist, I provide therapy for individuals facing emotional challenges related to reproductive health, including anxiety, depression, and the psychological impact of their symptoms. Therapy involves deep exploration of emotional patterns, past experiences, and mental health concerns using evidence-based interventions to promote lasting well-being.
You can learn more about these therapy services at oramawellness.com.
(Peri)Menopause Coaching at OramaHealth.com
My coaching services are specifically designed for people navigating (peri)menopause who want practical, science-backed strategies to manage symptoms and improve daily life. Coaching focuses on behavioral modifications, mindset shifts, and coping techniques to address common challenges such as sleep disturbances, mood fluctuations, chronic stress, pain management, and lifestyle adjustments. It is goal-oriented and action-driven, helping you create sustainable habits, build resilience, and take charge of your well-being with personalized, structured support. You are in the right place if you are seeking coaching services.
While coaching is not therapy, it provides a proactive and empowering approach to optimize your health, confidence, and quality of life during this transition.
